Join in and Celebrate Chinese New Year 2020 the year of the Rat at Indore Marriott Hotel

National, 29 January 2020: Chinese New Year is a famous Spring Festival that is celebrated all over the world for its distinctive style. Indore Marriott Hotel is proud to celebrate the year of the Rat and present its first food festival for its guests.

The hotel will be serving various types of traditional Chinese delicacies from the 24th of January to 31st of January 2020 from 6:30 PM onwards in their Pan-Asian restaurant, One Asia.

The cuisines have been carefully selected by the expert chefs at the hotel and flavors are enhanced in order to offer the guest an amazing dining experience. The exceptional team has put together dishes like Dumplings-wealth, Yangyuan (sweet rice balls), longetivity noodles and spring rolls etc. Desserts such as the Asian cheese cake, honey date Sesame balls will offer a memorable treat to the food festival.

Along with the festivities, a Marriott Culinary Academy session was also organized on the 25th of January where Chef Hemant taught the guests new and innovative methods of making dishes such as dimsums and cocktails.

The Chinese food festival is all set to take Indorean’s on a journey of traditional and classic Chinese cuisines. The food lovers will not only get to know about authentic Chinese flavors, but also get a chance to learn how to master different kinds of Chinese food. The vegetarian set course rate will be INR 1099/- and the non-vegetarian set course will be INR 1299/-.
