Pune, May 2018: Starting 9th May 2018, Coriander Kitchen- the multi-cuisine restaurant at Conrad Pune will be hosting an exciting gastronomical experience called the ‘World Street Food Festival’. This festival’s wide-range of street food dishes will be available alongside the restaurant’s regular dinner buffet spread.

Street food has always been popular as it gives patrons and food connoisseurs an insight into the tastes and flavours that are characteristic of a specific country. Street food also allows people to get an interesting peak into a country’s unique traits with respect to their culinary culture. Starting May 2018, the Chefs at Coriander Kitchen will select one region from every continent every month and showcase the best street foods of these regions.

The team of expert Chefs at Conrad Pune will be recreating an array of delicious and exotic street foods that are popular across the world such as ‘Baozis’ from China, Korean ‘Bibimbap’, ‘Hamburgers’ from America, ‘Tacos’ from Mexico and ‘Bunny Chow’ from South Africa! The menu has been specially curated with many such interesting options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
