Inside the Ligurian Kitchen with Visiting Chef Antonello Cancedda

A perfect combination of freshly caught seafood and meat marinated in aromatic spices define the beauty of ‘Taste of Liguria’ – a week-long celebration hosted at Mezzo Mezzo from 13th November to 19th November.

With the freshest ingredients in the kitchen to the finest food on the table, this classic menu curated by Chef Antonello Cancedda will welcome guests with a sparkling glass of prosecco. Aromatic herbs such as basil, laurel, sweet marjoram and fennel and an abundance of fresh vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant and lettuce will add to the succulent flavours of seafood and meat delicacies. Some dishes that are a part of this specially curated menu will be; Gnocchi Di Castagne, Ravioli Di Fesce Al Sugo Di Gamberi, Lasagna Portofino and much more.
