Further strengthening the commitment to gastronomy in the city, Ministry of Food, the all day dining restaurant at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks was awarded silver in the Restaurant of the Year category at the World on a Plate event.

An outlet that constantly strives to bring world cuisine to Bangalore with its well curated menu and food festivals, has exposed the discerning gourmands of the city to Kashmiri, Thai, Regional, Street Food classics in the past few weeks alone. With a Turkish food festival planned in June.

Speaking about the honour, chefs from Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks gushed about the chance to meet one of their culinary heroes , infact Chef Vinay Kapoor, Chef Bhupinder and Chef Rajesh were proud to present the signature dish – Ghee Roast Boti, from the all-day-dining menu of Ministry of Food, a succulent dish of mutton cubes roasted on a slow heat with ghee and home grounded spices, topped with cheese, gratinated, and garnished with curry leaves . “ It’s a clever dish” remarked the Marco who is known for his fiery feedback, offering the audience a chance to taste the dish.
