With a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Mr. Sharma has over 13 years of industry experience. A specialist in Housekeeping and Operations management, he will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences and drive positive feedback for the hotel.
