Kolkata based cloud kitchen edabba expands its operations to Bangalore

Bangalore, 7th July 2022: Founded in the year 2019, edabba is a chain of cloud kitchens that specialize in individual and customisable meal boxes. The company also owns the ebowl brand, which offers Indian and Chinese bowl meals. Having carved a niche for itself in the industry with six successful cloud kitchens in Kolkata, edabba is all set to venture into Bangalore. The company continues to expand its portfolio with the opening of four kitchens in Bangalore, some of them in partnership with Food-Tech firm Mukunda Foods. Beginning with two kitchens in Electronic City and Bellandur, they will subsequently launch two more in Indiranagar and Mahadevapura.

Since its inception, edabba has moved from strength to strength vis-a-vis its brand ethos to deliver innovative, hygienic and quality products at affordable prices to the end-consumers. The culinary professionals at edabba pay close attention to the quality of each component, from understanding local tastes to creating recipes to fit the customer’s palate. With their most recent partnership with Mukunda Foods, edabba has become a fully automated kitchen that uses advanced technology to standardise the food’s quality and flavour.

The extensive menu features a host of Indian flavours like Veg Jhal Frezi, Methi Matar Malai, Chicken Butter Masala, Dal Makhani and Chicken Bharta, served with a variety of accompaniments such as Laccha Paratha, Masala Kulcha, Masala Khichdi, Jeera Rice and different types of Biryanis. The diverse array of oriental dishes on the menu are Chinese Salad, Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Fried Rice, Egg Fried Rice, Mix Chowmein, Veg Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Chilli Mushroom and Schezwan Chicken to name a few. The dessert selection consists of Gulab Jamun, Phirni and Shahi Tukda amongst others, to conclude the meal on a sweet note.
