The Dome at lebua, which houses lebua’s collection of premiere bars and restaurants, will once again host exclusive one-night-only Valentine’s Day packages and dining experiences at each of its restaurants and bars.

Sirocco, the world’s highest al fresco restaurant with sweeping views of the River of Kings, is offering an exquisite seven-course menu prepared by Chef Gonzalo Ruiz. Accompanied by an internationally acclaimed jazz band, the meal will be paired with premium champagnes and wines. The dinner includes Challans foie gras, pan-seared and served with celeriac puree, orange jam andcrisps; Atlantic wild turbot with Jerusalem artichokes, mussels, leeks and black truffle; and Wagyu beef tenderloin with beetroot, cauliflower, black trumpet mushrooms and nasturtium. The meal concludes on a sweet note with special “his and hers” desserts.

Guests who make reservations at Mezzaluna, the fine-dining mecca located on the 65th floor, will be treated to a seven-course menu, which includes dishes such as snow crab duo with fregola pasta, capsicum, sea urchin bisque, foam potato panna cotta, mimosa eggsalmon roe and poulardes de Bresse, roasted breast and leg confit, with pumpkin, parsnip, foie gras veloute and hazelnut crumble.

Those who prefer Pan-Asian dining can experience a contemporary tasting menu at Breeze, which includes Maine lobster-baby octopus, apple blossom, Peranakan-style laksa reduction and Atlantic dover sole, served charcoal grilled with spicy Chongqing nest cake and bamboo shoots.

Couples dining at Breeze and Mezzaluna will also receive a box of specially prepared macaroons to commemorate the day.

Drink packages are also available at the multi-award-winning Sky Bar and Flûte: A Perrier-Jouët Bar. Suspended 820 feet over the city, Sky Bar is offering a premiere champagne experience, which includes a bottle of GH Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne. Flûte, the highest open-air champagne bar in the world, will offer its own champagne experience, which includes a bottle of exclusive Blason Rose – Perrier-Jouët Brut.
