This is one of its kind brunch masterclasses which includes recipes featuring everything from DIY Taco station to nachos & salsa bar and we didn’t leave out classics like paella & churros. What will you learn?

DIY Tacos station:

• Crumbed Avocados with red cabbage slaw.
• Cajun-spiced cottage cheese with raw mango salsa.

Paella Counter:

• Seafood paella

Tapas counter:

• Spanish lemon, chilli and garlic prawns.
