Celebrate the joyous occasion of Easter with family, friends and loved ones over a hearty, indulgent brunch at Bastain – Bandra’s culinary hub known to woo patrons with its elaborate and decadent Brunch experience! Bastian’s Easter brunch menu is divided into three sections like ‘Salt’, ‘Salt + Sugar’ and ‘Sugar’ along with small eats and refreshing Sunday cocktails. Easter specials include a curation of dishes made using some of the freshest “summer inspired” ingredients and local produce.

The Salt section features: Spinach Arugula Salad with pear, candied nuts, blue cheese and honey mustard vinaigrette; Salmon Bagel with beetroot and fennel cured salmon, dill, cream cheese spread, capers and onions; Gluten Free Avocado Toast with pumpkin seed hummus, charred corn pico, avocado, roasted beets on a gluten free toast; Veggie Benedict with spinach, mushroom, grilled tomato, hollandaise on toasted English muffin and poached eggs; Crab Toast with coconut milk, American cheese, thecha, de-shelled mud crab with sunny side egg; Tuna Poke with sushi grade tuna, sesame soy, avocado and cucumber and much more!
