Monsoon Mixology – The Blue Bar, Taj Palace, New Delhi

New Delhi, 6^th July 2022: With the much-awaited monsoon season making its way into the capital city, The Blue Bar at Taj Palace, New Delhi, has launched an exciting new menu, exclusively for these delightful rain-drenched months.

Curated by The Blue Bar’s celebrated mixologist and master liquid chef, Joel Scholtens Lindsay, the newly-launched collection of craft concoctions carries forward its tradition of creating fresh, seasonal menus and is a study in liquid creativity. The menu features Artisanal Infusions – revolutionary, innovative, house-made infusion-based concoctions, inspired by the charm of the monsoons; Craft Concoctions – passionately prepared using The Blue Bar’s homemade elements such as bitters, syrups, teas, shrubs, dehydrated garnishes etc; Unorthodox Classics – classic beverages, re-inspired, innovatively twisted, and reimagined and more.

Practising his craft for over two decades, Joel is a connoisseur of taste and an expert mixologist. Having travelled far and wide, he hails from the East coast of Australia. Over the course of his travels across the world, Joel was heavily influenced by diverse cultures and tastes and his liquid symphonies stand as testament to his knowledge and experience.
