This time around we have Chef Mohammad Asif Qureshi coming down from Lucknow to curate the menu for this festival. Chef Asif has grown up in a family where cooking has been part of the tradition for decades. He will be including some of his traditional recipes like Kathal Ki Nihari, Nazarabadi goeth korma, Nawabi kofta, Dal Sultani, Anjeer halwa, Taftan and Sheermal in this menu.
