About the Workshop: 
A workshop on Understanding your users & unlocking creativity using Design Thinking.
Borrowing teachings from Standford’s & IDEO, the workshop aims to push your creative problem-solving skills and help you get from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ using Design Thinking principles. Through this hands-on workshop, you will gain practical design thinking skills and a mindset that will help you turn your customer needs into human-centered solutions. 
About Ritika:
A User Experience designer by profession, Ritika’s aim is to help organizations transform their products using design thinking. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, she focused on studying the principles of User Interface & Experience Design. She has worked with companies like Studio Rodrigo, NYU, Comcast, Verizon, Vogue, LVMH and more. 
 
In 2016, she was selected to be part of a Product and Start-up Studio program at Cornell University, where she founded a tech start-up under the mentorship of industry leaders like David Tisch (Managing Partner, BoxGroup & Co-founder, Spring) and Greg Pass (CEO, Cornell Tech & ex CTO, Twitter) 
 
She is the co-founder of RATIO, a boutique design agency that focuses on creating solutions using design thinking, technology & strategy. When she isn’t glued to a computer screen, she spends her time listening to music from the 80’s and playing with her new puppy, Echo!
About Mishaal:
Mishaal is a lawyer and an entrepreneur. Mishaal recently finished his law degree at the Jindal Global Law School. While at university, he was a research assistant at the Jindal Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where he started multiple initiatives including the Legal Entrepreneurship Cell and the Startup Academy. Mishaal was also involved in research projects on Blockchain for Social Impact and Impact Investing.
 
He was recently admitted to the 2+2 program at Harvard Business School and will enroll in the MBA class of 2022. In the meantime, Mishaal is the co-founder and CEO of a creative agency – Plane Crazy Studios. In his spare time, Mishaal loves to read, listen to music, run and play sports.
