This Valentine’s Day, Soufflé brings to you a Strawberry soufflé with molten chocolate made for two. Light as air, big on flavours, this soufflé is made to take your breath away! It comes with the presiding deity – a cherub, that ubiquitous symbol of la Ville Lumière stencilled on it with icing sugar. Versatile, elegant, mysterious and puzzling, this one is perfect to set the mood right for your romantic meal.

The menu reflects vintage Parisian signatures along with dishes from regional France such as the Pissaladière of the Riviera, the Gratin Dauphinois from the Savoie region of the Alps and the iconic Ratatouille of Mediterranean Provence.  Other all-time favourites such as French Onion Soup, Duck Confit, Boeuf Bourguignon and Lobster Thermidore stand out as dishes most synonymous with classic French cuisine.
