Padharo Mhare Desh Rajasthani Food Festival – Indore Marriott Hotel

National, June 2022: Experience the royal flavors of Rajasthan in the city of Indore as Indore Marriott Hotel gears up to host the Padharo Mhare Desh – Rajasthani Food Festi-val. Starting from the 15th of July 2022, the guests visiting the property will get to enjoy the regal spread that will run for a week till the 23rd of July 2022.

The Food Festival is a celebration of all things Rajasthani, and will showcase the best of the state’s culinary heritage. The specially curated menu by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Shiv Parvesh will feature traditional preparations like Dal Banjara, Pithore ki Subzi, Dal Panchmel, Rajqadi Kofta, Ker Sangri, Gatte ka Pulao, Kadhi Murgh, Laal Maas, Bajra aur Meat ka Kheech, Junglee Maas and Dal Bati Churma. Desserts like Ghewar, Mewari Mawa Mishri, Rajasthani Laapsi and Badam Halwa will be the right end to the majestic meal.

The restaurant will also be decked-up in traditional décor along with Rajasthani folk mu-sic to set the tone right for your royal dinner. Gear up to get immersed in the vibrant culture of the land of royal palaces.
