Inspired from his childhood memories, the pastas curated by him involve a combination of robust ingredients thus making them home-style, redolent of the style of nonnas (‘grandmother’ in Italian)

The pastas in the menu are artisanal & 100% handmade at the Prego kitchen. Made with authentic ‘Tipo 00 Flour’ (Italian hard wheat which is smooth, silkier & flavorsome), they are aired with the choicest Italian ingredients.

Some signature delicacies include a selection of Butternut Squash Ravioli (with Burra salvia, fried sage, cubes of squash and bell pepper coulis),Four Cheese Polenta Agnoloti (with tomato coulis and walnut parmesan crisp), Square Pasta (with pesto, broad beans and pecorino fondue) and Chicken and porcini cannelloni (with 3 color sauce, grilled mushroom cap & fried basil).
