Chef Balaji Srinivasan, Executive Sous Chef of Hilton Mumbai International Airport and his team of expert chefs have brought the fun and excitement of Penang Street Food right on to your plate, with taste authenticity maintained. Some of the must-try dishes are ‘Lemon Prawns’, ‘Lamb with a street style paratha’, ‘Street styled veg pancake’ and many more.
