Percept ICE manages the Eureka Forbes SMART Conference 2019

Percept ICE, the Events and Special Projects Domain Company of Percept Limited, conceptualized and managed the Eureka Forbes SMART Conference 2019 from 4th – 6th April 2019 at the Conrad Hotel in Bengaluru. The 3 day Conference was attended by 500 core members of the Eureka Forbes Sales team.

The Eureka Forbes SMART Conference is an annual event held every April. Teams belonging to various verticals from across the country converge to network, brainstorm, rejuvenate, reward and recognize achievements of the past year, set goals and strategize for the next financial year.

This was the third consecutive time that Percept ICE won the mandate to manage the SMART Conference for Eureka Forbes inclusive of planning, conceptualizing and executing the entire 3 day event, which encompassed responsibilities from conceptualizing the theme, managing the entire ground conference and the gala awards night, set production, venue decor, entertainment, artist co-ordination, organizing the entire venue set up, show flow management, backstage co-ordination and overseeing the complete seamless show run of the event.

The aim of the 3-day conclave was to energize, enthuse and motivate the Eureka Forbes employees, also known as ‘Eurochamps’. Percept ICE conceptualized a unique theme of ‘Lead’, which applied itself across all elements of the conference. The creative design showcased an army theme with elements of ’Lead’ expertly depicted across all collaterals. Welcome hampers consisted of a duffle bag with a camouflage design and all attendees wore a custom designed beret with a metal badge displaying the conference logo. The guests were gloriously welcomed by an Army Band from Jaipur with NCC Cadets lined up forming a guard of honour. The theme of the Gala Night celebration was ‘Superhero’ with a range of collaterals and props like Shields, Thor Hammers, Groot Swords, Light Sabers, Superhero Eye Masks and Capes adding to the liveliness of the evening.

The last day saw guest speaker Arnab Goswami charge up the Eurochamps with his inspiring and motivational speech titled ‘Transforming to Lead’. It also witnessed award winning actress Madhuri Dixit along with her husband Dr. Sriram Nene give a surprise visit to the Eurochamps and livening up the entire event with her scintillating and memorable stage performance.
