This splendid affair will be graciously hosted by the esteemed Mr. Lorenzo Beconi,  the maestro of wine and cuisine who seamlessly blends his culinary roots with passion, driving Piccini’s global expansion.

Curated by Chef Sarfaraz Ahmed, the menu shall unite the contemporary nuances of modern Indian cuisine with the sublime offerings of Piccini Wines, each meticulously selected to create a harmonious and enchanting gastronomic experience. 

The evening will commence with effervescent Piccini Venetian Dress Prosecco paired with Kohlrabi taco, yoghurt cremeu’x, and sunchoke, setting a celebratory tone followed by the Piccini Venetian Dress Prosecco/Rosè paired with  Bun kebab, raw banana/lamb, roomali roti tartlet. A crisp and refreshing Piccini Pinot Grigio is paired with Aamras, achappam, black lime chutney and Ghewar, avocado kachaloo, and chaat seasoning. With a break of Prawns/Water chestnut & asparagus salad, zeera aloo espuma, and tomato rasam, the evening progresses to a robust and complex Piccini Chianti Reserve/pinnochio, a true Tuscan gem, paired with Paniyaram, parmesan moilee for the vegetarians and Chicken khasi, sorrento lemon aioli, sesame for the non-vegetarians. The grand finale will unveil the exquisite Piccini Brunello, a bold red that pairs beautifully with confit preparations with a variation of duck and jackfruit. The beautiful dinner also features the classic Khichadi of India, the palate cleanser – Khandvi ice cream and the beloved Coffee Stones, among others, culminating the exquisite soiree!
