About SOUK:

Overlooking the spectacular Apollo Bunder and Gateway of India from the rooftop of the Taj Mahal Tower is Souk – our Middle Eastern Mediterranean restaurant offering a selection of authentic delicacies from Morocco, Lebanon, Greece, Turkey and Egypt. These cuisines include myriad nuances of taste and texture. The name Souk implies a marketplace, where the townspeople congregate, have a cup of tea, smoke a hookah, exchange small talk and spend some enjoyable moments of leisure. This mood finds expression in the contemporary settings and décor and is enhanced via lively music performances from the region, serving tea thru the meal, Turkish coffee and wines from the region!
