Recipe-Home made Chocolate Mousse by Chef Ashok Suyal

Ingredients:

Amul chocolate 200 gm
Amul milk 120 ml
Amul cream(whipped ) 700 ml

Method:

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Boil milk, and, add the chocolate piece to it. Mix well and let cool. After cooling keep it in the fridge for one hour.
  2. Whip the cream and add the cold chocolate mixture to it. Mix well and fill in the glass.
  3. Again keep the filled glass into the fridge for one hour. And then serve.
