TIRAMISU IN A JAR
Ingredients
Egg yolks 6
Sugar ¾ Cups
Milk ¾ Cups
Mascarpone Cheese 8 Ounce
Espresso Coffee Shot 1 ½ Cups
Italian Ladyfingers (Savoiardi) 30 to 32
Dutch Process Cocoa Powder ¼ Cups
Method
* Whisk the egg yolk with sugar
* Add Mascarpone Cheese in a bowl
* Take espresso shot in other bowl and soak the biscuits in it
* Place in bottom of jar and topped up with floppy mascarpone cheese in layers. Keep it in fridge
* Before serving garnish it with coffee bean and coco powder
PHYLLO PIE IN CUP
Artichoke 20gm
Mushroom. 70gm
White Pepper as per Taste
Caramelized Onions 20gm
Goat cheese 30gm
Salt as per Taste
Mascarpone -Cheese 20gm
Cooking Cream 30ml
Parsley As per taste
Parmesan Cheese 15gm
Caper Berry 20gm
* Prepare oven to 350F
* Lightly coat the muffin cups with a cooking spray and leave them aside
* Mould the Phyllo Pastry sheet in a try and lightly coat it with cooking spray and sprinkle a little sugar on it
* Cut the Phllyo sheet in half (lengthwise), then cut the 2 halves crosswise
* Press 1 rectangle each ion into the muffin cups
* Bake for 8 mins/till golden brown in the pre heated oven
* Once get brown coloured, remove and keep in room temperature.
* Mix all the ingredients and bake for two minutes.
