Chef Rana, in house chef at the property, will be creating his childhood memories through a lavish Bengali spread that will showcase delectable delicacies like ‘Murgir jol,’ ‘Kosha mangso,’ ‘ Kolkata Chicken Biryani’ ‘Kolkata Mutton Biryani’ ‘Papda maach’ ‘Pulao’and many more.
