Taj Announces new General Managers in Hyderabad

Indian Hotels Company Limited announced new appointments at its hotels in Hyderabad. Leaving behind a stamp of his hi-energy management style Srinivas Panditha is moving on as General Manager of Taj Deccan, Hyderabad from Vivanta by Taj, Begumpet. T. P. Sreejith has joined the Taj as General Manager at Vivanta by Taj – Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Celebrating over 20 years with Taj, Srinivas began his hospitality career at the legendary Taj Connemara, Chennai in the year 1996. After a brief stint of a year out of the group he returned to Taj Coromandel, Chennai and then steadily climbed the proverbial ladder as General Manager of Vivanta Begumpet following Gateway Vijayawada and Taj Banjara, Hyderabad. “It’s an honour to continue the legacy of service excellence that Taj has in Hyderabad, and to introduce a new era in world class service to the city,” says Srinivas.“Srinivas’s sharp business acumen coupled with a go-getter mindset have helped him demonstrate growth in operational profitability at the hotels that he has managed. Sreejith comes with a wealth of experience of having served at hotel groups such as InterContinental, Hyatt, Shangri-La, The Trident and most recently DoubleTree by Hilton, Agra where he served as the hotel’s General Manager. He was instrumental in elevating the hotel’s ranking by implementing several sales strategies and successfully leading the execution of all aspects of the business plan. Sreejith holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. “I’m very excited to embark on this new chapter and to join this talented team continuing to offer our guests the high level of service that defines the Taj brand” says Sreejith.
