Description: One of the most popular comfort foods in the world, burgers are basically layers of happiness packed between two buns and served with a smile. Grilled, charred, deep-fried or roasted, there is no fixed formula to the perfect patty, just like there is no equation to solve the mystery of the perfect condiments. Every region in the world has its own version of this favorite, modified to suit their spices, palettes, and ingredients. Whatever your taste buds please, we will cater to them in this workshop, where we learn to make delicious burgers and their smaller versions, sliders

What will you learn?

Vegetarian:

  • Juicy Lucy burger (Cajun-spiced vegetable patty with Cheddar cheese and pickled jalapeno)
  • Spicy panko-crusted cottage cheeseburger 
  • Chilli cheese mushroom slider
  • Falafel slider with garlic labneh and pickled vegetables

Non-vegetarian:

  • Juicy Lucy burger (Cajun-spiced Chicken with Cheddar cheese and pickled jalapeno)
  • Teriyaki grilled chicken burger with charred leeks and caramelized onion.
  • Filet o Fish slider with garlic aioli and mixed greens
  • Mix seafood slider with Spicy tartare sauce.
