Taste of India @ Lords Hotels and Resorts!

To commemorate the 75th year of India’s Independence, Lords Hotels and Resorts and its units across pan India are celebrating “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”, a 10-day celebration of its freedom through its cuisine with a lavish spread at its signature, multi-cuisine restaurant by the name of Blue Coriander. This buffet dinner will commence on 13th and will be on till the 15th August, 2022; from 7.30pm-11.30pm

The delicacies are going to be curated by its expert inhouse chefs, who are known for their culinary skills to present the most scrumptious fare on the platter. The USP of the dinner buffet is that it will feature 75 authentic dishes covering the rich and diverse culinary heritage of India – from north, south, east, to the west of India. This will include various vegetarian starters, spicy and tangy chutneys, farsans, salads, sweet dishes, buttermilk and raita preparations to entice the taste buds for more.

Guests can dine in with family and friends and expect to taste the traditional Indian food spruced with the use of diverse herbs and spices, which have got global acknowledgment over the years. The gastronomical menu will feature specially crafted mouth-watering delights from different regions of India; including signature dishes from Gujarat, Rajasthan, and many others.

The nationalistic menu will include Dal-Bati and Besan Chakki, Bhujia from Bikaner, Mirchi Vada and Pyaaz Kachori, including famous dishes such as Bajre ki Khichdi, Kalakand Besan Ki Chakki, Dal Bati Churma, Jodhpuri Mawa Kachori, Ghewar, Mirchi Vada, Pyaz ki Kachori, to Dosa, idli, saaru/rasam, and huli/sambar, Litti Chokha, Machcher Jhol, Momos to Thukpa. which are some of the food teasers that we have listed to whet your palette.
