This June Home Chef Nidhi Dhuper whips up a myriad of flavors at the Daily Treats, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park

Pune, June 5, 2019: Looking for a unique dining experience this June? Daily Treats at the Westin Koregaon Park is showcasing a myriad of flavors as they host home chef Nidhi Dhuper.

With humble beginnings in her own kitchen, Nidhi realised her potential only when she won two cook-offs back to back. She started working with food aggregator Haus khaas before having to relocate to California. Trying to pursue her passion she joined a virtual restaurant Dishrepublic. This is where her skills truly evolved. Beginning with just five Indian dishes, Nidhi’s menu grew to over fifty dishes from various cuisines. Not one to stand still, Nidhi wanted to try breaking out as a private chef. The portal Hellocheffy gave her that opportunity. It allowed local chefs to be hired for private events.

Now, Nidhi has returned to India and is all set to share her unique style, that can only be described as instinctive. Always one to experiment and make something delicious, Nidhi was never the type to follow recipes blindly. Some of the highlights of Nidhi’s preparations will include: Salmon Yakitori with steamed jasmine rice and sautéed Spinach, Crab cakes with grilled Asparagus and Remoulade sauce, Chicken Tikka Masala burger with curried Potato salad and tandoori mayo, Thai Basil Eggplant with steamed jasmine rice, Mushroom, corn and tofu lettuce wraps, Watermelon and feta salad, and much more!
