For one weekend only, March 30th (dinner) and 31st (brunch and dinner), get ready to experience the warmth and tradition from the sun-kissed beaches of Goa, lovingly recreated in the vibrant heart of Mumbai. The pop-up menu from Praça and Padaria Prazeres, looks beyond what is trending and gives you just one thing — classic dishes with no-frills. Featuring treasured Easter recipes passed down through generations of Chef Ralph Prazeres’s family, ensures each dish is made with love and tradition.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on the menu, from the small plates indulge in Goan Breads served with an array of irresistible butters like Balchao Butter, Cafreal Butter, and Chicken Liver Mousse. Savour the unique combination of Goan Sausage Stuffed Olives paired with creamy yogurt and fresh salad or Forminhas served with Potato & Sour Cream Mash, Pickled Carrots, and Buttered Split Peas. Dive into the rich flavours of Recheado Butter with Tiger Prawns and Dried Small Prawns. Treat yourself to Mackerel Rillette served mousse-style with Thyme Toasted Bread Crumbs and warm bread and order a portion of the succulent Chicken Wings coated in Xacuti Dry Rub. For the mains, feast on Pan Roast Fish with Caldeirada base and a refreshing Fennel Onion Salad, indulge in the classic Goan Roast Chicken accompanied by Roasted Onion Gravy and Mash and order the hearty Pork Feijoada served with Mash Potato, Fried Egg, and Bread. Don’t miss out on our aromatic Pulao and Braised Duck Pulao! For our vegetarian friends, on offer is the Roasted Squash paired with Goat Cheese and Caldeen and the smoky flavours of Barbecued Mushroom with Coconut Xacuti Base and Undo. And of course we didn’t forget desserts, the heavenly Pasteis de Nata are on offer from the famed European bakery, a decadent Bol Sans Rival and Alle Belle with Coconut Cream and Nutmeg.
