Ingredients:
• White wine
• Strawberry syrup
• Fresh strawberries
• Fresh rosemary sprigs
• Crushed ice
 
Preparation: 
Spoon about 4 tablespoons of strawberry syrup into the bottom of the cocktail glass. Add 1
scoop of crushed ice. Top with white wine. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a sprig of
rosemary.

Ingredients:
• Old monk (30 ml)
• Ginger beer
• Clove
• Cinnamon
• Cardamom
• Star anise
• Orange
 
Preparation:
Boil all the spices in water. Take 30ml of the spice infused water and add old monk. Top the
drink with ginger beer. Garnish with orange peel, cinnamon stick and star anise.
