Commence your Sankranti celebration with The Bayview’s luxurious brunch buffet! You can indulge in a selection of traditional dishes on the menu. The menu highlight includes, Soups like Shimla Mirch Tamatar Aur Dhaniya Shorba, Chicken and Asparagus Soup, Assortment of International Breads; Starters such as Curd Rice Arancini With Curry Leaves Tomato Dip, Palak Panner ki Seekh, Mutton Shikampuri Kabab, Chicken Drumstick with Hot Garlic Sauce, Seafood Larb Patti Samosa; Veg and Non-veg main course dishes such as Mangolian Stir fry exotic vegetables, Vegetable Hakka Noodles, Spinach, Ricotta and Pine Nuts Ravioli with creamy Tomato sauce, Exotic vegetables in Thai Green Curry, Roast Chicken with Merlot Jus, Pan Seared red snapper, Chimichurri with sweet potato puree, Edamame Szechuan Lamb Chop and a selection of exotic luscious; Desserts such as Strawberry Gateaux, Passion Fruit Delight, Dry Fruit Mulhalabiya, Pineapple Upside down and much more.
